Police say a 37-year-old Williamsburg man exposed himself to officers and began urinating in front of them as they attempted to arrest him for driving under the influence Monday night in New Town.
Maj. Stephen Rubino of the James City County Police Department said officers stopped Musa Oscar Skeete for a traffic violation at about 11:30 p.m. Monday. After conducting a field sobriety test, they attempted to arrest him for driving under the influence, at which point he exposed himself and began to urinate. No urine struck any police officers.
Once officers handcuffed him, Skeete dropped to the ground and struggled with officers as they attempted to put him in a police car, Rubino said.
Skeete is charged with several traffic offenses as well as DUI second offense, refusal to take a blood or breath test, driving on a suspended license, indecent exposure and obstruction of justice.
